Timothy O. Isaac, DC, JD, began his professional life in Kansas City, Missouri, where he attended Cleveland Chiropractic College, graduating with Honors as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Tim established his practice in Batesville, Arkansas, and continued his professional development by earning advanced certification in whiplash and mild brain traumatology through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. Tim served on the board of directors of the Arkansas Chiropractic Association, serving two terms as president. A long-time member of Batesville Community Theatre, he played many roles onstage, worked backstage, and contributed to the management of the organization in the board room. In 1996, Tim was elected to serve as Justice of the Peace of District 6 in Independence County. In 1998, Tim was honored by his profession as Arkansas Chiropractor of the Year. After 21 years, Tim decided to make a major career change: he attended the William H. Bowen School of Law. During his last two years in law school he worked at a personal injury firm, and after graduating in May 2007, sat for the bar exam in July. After learning in August that he passed, Tim established Isaac Law Firm in September. Since that time, Tim has satisfied hundreds of clients in bringing their cases to a successful conclusion without having to go to court. Tim is more than willing to take a client’s case to trial, if necessary, but believes that a settlement out of court is almost always preferable to a lawsuit. Tim conducts the business of his practice in alignment with one simple principle: he and his staff treat each case as if it were their only case.
